Established in 1978 Bangor Abbey Preschool has served the community in Bangor Co. Down, bringing quality preschool education to hundreds of children over the years. It has seen many dedicated staff and even had more than 1 address we called home. Our permanent home is in Clandeboye Primary School where we love being part of the school community.
We are a double award winning preschool and a registered forest school as well a muddy puddle advocate.
We are very proud of our glowing inspection reports from both Department of Education and The Early Years Team.

At Bangor Abbey Preschool, our mission consists of providing a warm and nurturing environment where children feel safe. Our unique preschool offers various activities that are specifically designed to encourage each child’s growth. Through a creative and explorative approach both indoors and outdoors we encourage each child individually to reach all their developmental milestones naturally and with ease.
